We designed an experience on the OnePromo platform to eliminate major forms, with the goal of reducing the risk of human errors and setup time.
See Project →Knowing how to negotiate salary is an important skill for university students about to graduate and join the workforce. We saw an opportunity to understand how graduating university students learn about and handle salary negotiations, and create an experience adapted to their needs.

Even though customers are able to reinstate their car if they catch up on their payments, this entire process can be painful. We wanted to understand this experience to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
